• Physical course materials (if purchased) will be shipped to your address on file.

• Shipping is only available within United States.

• Delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days from order confirmation.

Digital Materials

• Online courses, PDFs, or digital resources will be accessible immediately after registration and payment.

• Access credentials will be sent to the email provided during registration.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• SLIDS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• Contact the school if materials do not arrive within 10 business days.
